Please note:  Dr. Neill anticipates retirement from the tenured faculty of Texas A&M University,
effective 31 August 2011.  He expects to return to Texas A&M, on modified service, for the calendar
year 2012, when he would offer WFSC 417/617 one final time, during that fall semester.

Dr. Neill has no plans to teach either WFSC 604 or WFSC 616 again.  But, if you would like
